I ordered a few pieces from the website excited to apply to a window in mind and when it came I loved the design on it, but when I applied with their adhesive it bubbled and did not hold up. I cleaned and repeated again to only find it bubbled once more. I tried contacting the company with no avail, but reached a disconnected dial tone and then when I tried to refuse my second shipment of the window designs, I was told I had to pay 30 dollars for a return fee. This is very unprofessional and not in good business. I would like my money back since the product was defective. I hope this review will get someone’s attention in the company so we can get this issue resolved.
I would like a total return of what I was charged for: $11.14 for the roll + $26.03 shipping I was charged for a total of = $37.17 returned back to me. thank you
